Private Portfolio Managers Pty Limited (PPM) is seeking a motivated individual with a keen attention to detail and a "can do" disposition to join our Portfolio Administration team on a permanent part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for several daily portfolio administration tasks and provide general back office support. They will be required to attend the office daily. The role would be suitable to candidates who wish to work for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

In this role you will:

  • Perform daily portfolio administration and review tasks
  • Assist the Corporate Accountant & Portfolio Administrator
  • Support the Office Manager

To be successful you will have:

  • Portfolio administration or accounting experience in the finance industry would be preferable but is not essential.
  • Strong organisation and administration skills
  • Proficient with Word, Excel and other computer skills.
  • Keen attention to detail
  • A professional and motivated disposition.
