Office Administrator (Northern Beaches)

You will be working for a small growing Fire Services Company reporting to the Director. You have the flexibility of working school hours, 2 days per week from the dedicated home office on the Northern Beaches.

This varied role gives you the opportunity to show your whole skillset with challenges as varied as scheduling technicians’ jobs,invoicing, accounts receivable, liaising with customers over the phone and assisting with Marketing campaigns. You will have help and direction at the start of new tasks but keep the processes running from there.

If you are self motivated, have had experience with these tasks and love making a business efficient and up to date then this is the role for you.

Job tasks include:

    •    Invoicing

    •    Loading new customers into the service system

    •    Scheduling technician’s routine jobs

    •    Allocate payments in MYOB

    •    Timesheets/Supplier invoice checks

    •    Accounts receivable

    •    Weekly & Monthly reports

    •    Quotes (simple types)

    •    Scheduling Sales routine visits

    •    Amending Excel files and templates

    •    Assist with Sales/Marketing campaigns

    •    Other tasks required to grow and maintain the business

Work hours:2 Days a week - school hours 9-3 Days and times negotiable - prefer Tuesday-Thursday 

 Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour neg. for the ideal candidate 

 

Preferable Experience:

* MYOB

* Excel/Word

* Service based business experience

* Accounts Receivable

* Marketing

 

Work history:

Self motivated and able to work on your own and with team members. You would be action orientated and have left your previous roles organized, completely up to date and with processes in place.
