About the opportunity
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Contract and Tenders professional to join this company and own this function. You will be responsible for the end to end process so although there will be administrative elements to the role, they are also looking for someone strategic who works well with people at all levels and can manage key stakeholders. You will have an opportunity to look at how they can improve inefficiencies and you will have an opportunity to make the role your own.

Duties
- Coordinate and complete all tender submissions
- Prepare tender documentation
- Liaise with tender board
- Coordinate information from internal stakeholders
- Attend tender briefings
- Monitor win/loss ratio of proposals
- Generate monthly reports
- Contract review
- Assist in contract negotiations
- Liaise with legal on review and recommended changes
- Coordinate contract variations and extensions
- Maintain contract, pricing and reporting register
- Build and maintain solid relationships with stakeholders, customers and tender boards
Skills and Experience
- Strong exposure to contract and tenders within the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Logical thinking and ability to think strategically
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent presentation skills
