We are seeking an experienced & professional; customer focused Receptionist and Administration Assistant to offer superior customer service to our valued clients.
You will be exceptionally organised with great attention to detail. Along with this; you will have a polite phone manner and immaculate presentation skills.
This role presents an excellent opportunity to work with a worldwide respected automotive brand.
The role is permanent full time; Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Being the face of the Dealership by meeting and greeting customers
- Answering phone calls in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining a welcoming, professional environment for customers
- Day to day administration duties
- Supporting our Sales and Service Departments
About you:
- Previous experience in a similar role (Automotive preferred)
- Professional & well-presented
- Outstanding customer service skills - face to face & over the phone
- Strong computer skills
- Strong administration skills
