We are looking for a person who enjoys Customer Service and all aspects of Administration.
You must be able to be involved in the following areas, however training will be provided on systems.
Customer Service:
-Answer customer calls and emails
-Correct pallet transfer dockets
-Update customer data
-Maintain customer relations
Online support
Operations:
-Enter purchase orders
-Investigate and correct depot dockets
-Casual and Permanent (Genesis) Payroll
-Enter relocation dockets in spreadsheets
-Filling paperwork
-Generate Invoices
Programs used – Goldmine (CS CRM), Axapta (docket database), Genesis (Payroll)
Must be experienced in Outlook, Excel.
Must be organised and able to balance tasks and prioritize.
