About the role 

Seeking an experienced, bubbly and professional Receptionist to join this reputable Corporate Law Firm. You will be well presented, articulate in your communication, passionate about your role and have the ability to utilise your Administrative experience in a support capacity. 
 
Responsibilities
 
As the vibrant face of the office, you will liaise with all internal and external stakeholders, assist with general enquiries and provide quality administrative assistance to the wider team and clients as required. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;

• First point of contact and administrative support for corporate clients
• Ad-hoc secretarial support for a team of junior Lawyers
• Effective and professional switchboard operation
• Meeting clients and visitors and advising appropriate staff members and guiding to relevant meeting rooms 
• Coordinating meeting room bookings
• Organising catering
• Managing and updating all reception documents 
• Maintaining a clean and highly professional client floor, meeting rooms and kitchen areas at all times 
• Ad-hoc administration tasks for the wider team as required

Skills / Experience

• Experience working in a Front Office or Administrative position in a Professional Services firm essential
• Demonstrated experience operating a busy switchboard
• Computer literate to intermediate level including (MS office suite & internet)
• Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and customer service
• Ability to work within a high volume, team environment
• Discretion in relation to confidential information
• Good written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising judgement
