My name is Richard Brown the Business owner/manager of All Doors and I am looking for a person to work full time to help us keep our business running smoothly.

We are a business on the move and require someone to be part of the office team with the duties of the position including;

  • Answering phone and replying to emails
  • Greet and Chat with people that need our products and services and assist or direct them to the appropriate person.
  • Customer retail sales including package and post sale items.
  • Schedule maintenance and installation jobs (large part of role so experience in this area especially with the construction industry would be highly beneficial.)
  • Interact with technicians to ensure smooth workflow
  • Office administration duties
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable experience favourable
  • Record and manage business information in databases
  • Keep online and physical filing in organised manner
  • Ensure IT equipment is functional 
  • Update online marketing
