We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administration Officer to join the team based in Macquarie Park on a Part-Time basis. You will be responsible for supporting the team with the quality and compliance function and additional administrative tasks.

 

The role:

  • Responsible for the management of national compliance checks such as police checks, registrations and any other credentialing documents as required, review documentation and ensure currency.
  • Monitor compliance with regional reporting and audit schedules
  • Contribute to the improvement of access to current information for staff
  • Act as a centralised point for all queries regarding credentialing
  • Management of all correspondence received to credentialing inbox
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to credentialing and expense claim management

 

The successful candidate:

This position suits someone that has high accuracy skills and preferably has been in a fast-paced administrator role or credentialing coordinator role previously.

 

  • High attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Strong MS Office Skills (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to understand and manage systems for collecting, analysing and monitoring information to drive improvement
  • Effective time management and prioritising skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with staff and management
