We are wanting to recruit the most important member of our team – Reception! We are needing someone that is looking for more than just the average reception role.
DUTIES
- Answering and directing all incoming calls
- Maintaining the overall smooth running of the office and meeting areas
- Management and Consultant support
- Candidate management
- Resume preparation
- Reference checking
- Database management
- Liaising with suppliers
- Filing and scanning documents
- Data Entry
SKILLS and EXPERIENCE
- Have completed your HSC
- Strong computer skills
- High levels of initiative
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Professional and polished presentation
- The ability to liaise with a variety of people
- A team player attitude
- Drivers licence
