About the role 

A fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and experienced front Office Manager to join a well-known iconic, family-owned business. The ideal candidate will have the ability to forward think and bring an understanding of the importance of adopting to the needs of the role, where no two days will be the same. 

Responsibilities

In this Office Management position your role will include but not be limited to:
  • Lead the reception team, including development of staff and team members
  • Develop staff rosters and accurately manage the workflow of the wider team
  • Providing administrative support to the wider tea
  • Design accommodation packages 
  • Ensure the quality of the hotel (including rooms) are maintained and kept to the highest quality
  • Customer service duties
  • Social media management
  • Ad hoc marketing duties
  • Providing administrative support to the wider team
Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience working in a similar position ideally within the Hospitality or Retail space
  • Technically proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience with staff supervision and management 
  • The ability to manage and prioritise a number of tasks at once
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • The ability to work within a team environment as well as autonomously
  • Exceptional time management skills
