Studio Administrator

Attitude Studios is a photographic studio exclusively engaged by Australia's top children's modeling agency for talent portfolio photos. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic studio administrator to join our dynamic Sydney team in trendy Chippendale to assist specifically with servicing this client.  

To succeed you will need a to be reliable, with a mature attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Demonstrated customer service experience is a must with a background in photography and knowledge of the Adobe Bridge program considered favourable.

As part of the role you will:

·        Collect agency registration paperwork 

·        Assist clients in selecting a head shot and full body shot for agency use

·        Offer additional packages to purchase

·        Process payments or complete payment plans

·        Upload photos at end of each day and bulk scan registrations forms.

 Key skills include:

·        Strong computer literacy skills. Including competency with Apple/Mac, Google Apps and Adobe products. 

·        Well developed customer relations skills

·        Time management and strong attention to detail 

·        Ability to work autonomously and under pressure

Essentially you will be a motivated individual, eager to learn with the ability to quickly develop an intimate knowledge of our client's company values and service range.
