The Faculty of Business aims to be a world-class accredited business faculty, and therefore has a strong commitment to providing high quality services for both staff and students. The primary purpose of the Administrative Trainee is to provide administrative assistance to the Faculty Research Unit to support the smooth operation of the unit across all functions.

The key responsibility of this position will be to participate in learning and development activities to provide general and tailored administration support and achieve a Certificate III and Certificate IV in Business Administration. The role will grow throughout the traineeship and will support the implementation of research policies and initiatives through ensuring systems and administrative processes are in place for ongoing research development and performance and to enhance the Higher Degree Research (HDR) student experience across the Faculty. In addition this role will provide administrative support to the Associate Dean (Research), Faculty Research Manager and the HDR Coordinator.
