This fast paced international business is seeking a professional receptionist to assist them on their switchboard as they are experiencing an exciting growth period. This is a buzzing office and an excellent opportunity to work with a fun, outgoing and friendly team in a well established organisation.

Main Responsibilities:

• Answer a Busy Switchboard
• Meet and Greet Visitors
• Book Meeting Rooms
• General Office Support as Needed

To be successful for this position you must have 2+ years of Reception experience with intermediate to advanced MS Office skills. You will have excellent communication skills, a friendly personality and be professional in appearance. This is a fast paced environment with plenty of other opportunities on offer if you show initiative.

Starting immediately, you will work for 4 weeks on a temporary basis with the potential to extend ongoing. The location is thriving with its own food court, onsite bar and multiple outdoor coffee shops and hangout areas. This would be a perfect opportunity for a Working Holiday Visa holder or a Sydney local who is an experienced Receptionist/Administrative Assistant looking to get into a highly sought after business and have some fun at the same time.
