4 month temporary assignment for an experienced PA, work for a leading professional services organisation.
Your new company
This global and rapidly growing professional services firm is seeking a highly driven and experienced Personal Assistant to support their taxation consulting team.
Your new role
This role offers a variety of rewarding responsibilities:
- supporting the tax partner
- regularly liaising with key stakeholders including major suppliers
- ensuring contact databases are up to date and tracking of any changes
- monitoring progress of projects
- attending meetings and taking minutes
- processing invoices
- generating documents, reports and spreadsheets
- diary management including booking travel and accommodation as required
What you'll need to succeed
To truly shine in this role you will need to have shown longevity in a similar position. Accounting / Tax / Legal background would be preferred. You will be highly motivated, organised and detail orientated. You will be able to juggle competing priorities and have exceptional computer and communication skills.
