Office Administration Assistant
MPE Electrical Contracting is a family owned business that has been trading for over 30 years. About the role:
Working closely with our Office Administration Manager and Office Administration Assistant, as well as a team of directors and trade professionals, this role is part time (approx 16 hours per week) and includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:
- Assisting in the day-to-day running of the office
- Receipting of Purchase Order Supplier Invoices
- Ensuring all supplier invoices are signed by the relevant authorised person
- Filing
- Customer service
- Administrative support to staff
- Liaising with/coordinating on-site staff
- Preparation and formatting of various reports
- Social media and mail out responsibilities
- Ad-hoc duties as requested
About you:
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- A presentable appearance, pleasant nature and positive attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of SimPRO job system software is advantageous but not essential
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Perfect verbal and written English communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook etc)
- High standards of attention to detail
- Good team player with interpersonal and organisation skills
- Social media and marketing knowledge preferable
