About Us
Lipa Pharmaceuticals is a thriving, innovative and market leading contract manufacturer of complementary health care products based at Minto (close to Campbelltown) in South West Sydney. We currently service the bulk of Australia's leading brands and various overseas customers.
About the Role
Due to extensive growth we require an experienced customer service person to join our team. Our customer service team is the 'hub' of our business and liaises with a considerable number of stakeholders, both internally and externally.
You will be a key point of contact ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of customer service and support. This entails supporting from the placement of their order, through to delivery, in full and on time. During the process you will be liaising with our production team, planners, laboratory and warehouse people to track the manufacture of products whilst keeping the customer fully informed.
About You
You will be energetic, enthusiastic and passionate about customer service. You will be a 'go getter' with strong problem solving skills and be solutions focussed. Excellent, written and verbal communication skills are a must as well as the ability to deal with people at all levels. Intermediate to advanced excel skills are essential as is the ability to multitask and be flexible to address the needs of the business. You will have at least 3 years' experience managing and developing customer/client accounts, be an excellent relationship builder and have a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
Experience working in the pharmaceutical, FMCG, cosmetics or food industries would be highly regarded. You will also need to have your own transport as our facility is not accessible via public transport.
Successful candidates will be required to undergo Police, Medical and Reference checks.
Please note this this is NOT a call centre role. You must have experience handling major accounts.
