Large manufacturing company based in the south eastern suburbs. Currently we are seeking a full time Customer Service Officer to join our team. Ideally available to start immediately you will be Reporting to the Customer Services Manager. You will need to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, possess the ability to handle complex situations and have good time management skills as you will be working in a dynamic fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer service skills, ideally from a manufacturing/automotive environment
- Good technical skills around solutions and outcomes
- Maintaining a close relationship with our business partners
- Managing post purchase processes
- Good understanding of warranty and maintenance issues
- Able to respond to all spare parts requests. Ideally with some current spare parts exposure
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A can do attitude
