  • Seeking office assistant, executive or personal assistant ( EA or PA ) skills
  • 6 month (part time/full time) role with potential to extend, in a Big Four Bank
  • $35 per hour + super + bonus, located near Parramatta Westfield

Challenge yourself in facilitating operational and administrative functions within banking and financial services. Develop your skillset as an office assistant, team assistant, EA or PA towards becoming a business analyst by improving operational processes.

Your new role

Support and assist the wider operational teams within Group Fraud Management in a big four bank. You will be responsible for day to day administrative tasks such as:

  • Advising operation teams regarding administrative and IT queries and processes
  • Documenting and reporting on business support processes
  • Processing invoices and procurement requests
  • Maintaining and ordering office supplies and inventory (stationary/brochures etc.)
  • Coordinating building and car park access

Your skillset and experience

  • Must have at least one year’s experience in a position as office manager, office assistant, team assistant, executive assistant or personal assistant
  • Experience as office assistant/support within banking and financial services is desirable
  • Interest in problem solving and improving systems and procedures
  • Proficient communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy
