Coffex Coffee Roasters, one of Australia's leading Boutique Coffee Roasters, is actively seeking an experienced Customer Service Co-ordinator for its Head Office located in Brunswick.
Reporting to the Financial Controller this position plays an important role within the business as it is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
Key responsibilities include;

Daily processing of customer orders
-
Weekly stock transfers to interstate branches

Liaise with freight companies for order pickups

Maintain customer call sheets
-
Upselling products
-
Processing export orders
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
-
At least 2 years' experience in a similar role

Knowledge of AccPac or similar ERP system
-
Microsoft Office computer skills
-
Attention to detail
-
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Ability to build valuable relationships with customers
This role will suit those with a passion for customer service who enjoy working as part of a team.
