Appreciating Office Support is a boutique recruitment agency specialising in both temporary and permanent recruitment within all Office Support roles. We work across Sydney CBD, North Sydney, Eastern Suburbs and surrounding areas.

We work across a range of industries including Banking and Finance, Construction and Property, Media and Advertising, Professional services, FMCG, and Healthcare.

We are looking for a Corporate Receptionist/Administrator to start with immediate effect. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a global corporate head office working in a fast paced and fun working environment and team.

The Role:
  • Responsible for greeting, welcoming, directing visitors
  • Answering incoming calls on a busy switchboard
  • Maintaining security and telecommunications systems
  • Co-ordinating meeting room bookings and provide general administrative support across the organisation
Key Requirements:
  • Previous corporate Reception experience is a must
  • Excellent timekeeping and attendance
  • A bright and enthusiastic attitude
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
To be successful in this role you will need to be self-motivated and proactive with a “can-do attitude”. You must be well presented with great communication skills and come from a background across Financial or Professional services or 5* hospitality.
