They offer full architectural and interior design services. They have built a reputation in completing a range of projects that directly impact the community.

Due to some movement in the team, they are looking for a polished and enthusiastic director of first impressions to join their ever-growing business.

Your new role will be varied but will look a little bit like the below...
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Answering & directing incoming phone calls
  • Greeting clients & assist with enquiries promptly
  • Ensuring impeccable presentation of our meeting rooms & reception area
  • Document preparation
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mailing, deliveries and couriers
  • General filing, photocopying, scanning and binding documents
  • Administrative assistance to various managers as required
  • Manage and maintain adequate stationary supplies  
  • Ad hoc duties as required
  Skills required to succeed
  • Minimum 2 years managing a busy front office
  • Experience managing a busy switch board
  • Adaptable approach working with diverse range of staff
  • High degree of attention to detail & ability to multi-task
  • Show initiative, problem-solving abilities & a proactive mindset
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills both written & verbal
  • Excellent time-management skills with exceptional ability to work under pressure
  • Impeccable presentation & excellent phone manner
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills & ability to prioritise
