About the role

An exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual with a sales and administrative background to join our fast growing team. The primary responsibility of the sales coordinator is to provide sales and administrative support to the sales and business development team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the key point of contact for clients
  • Provide exeptional customer service via phone and email
  • Provide administrative support to sales and BDM team
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Arrange and manage sales cycle; from enquiry to final delivery
  • Manage project lists, with a strong focus on project follow ups
  • Work closely with commercial manager

Skills and experience

Our ideal candidate will have a combination of the below experience, skills and competencies:

  • Minimum of three years working experience in a sales environment/position
  • Confident, energetic and self-motivated individual
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience in an administrative/order processing role
  • A high degree of accuracy in everything you do
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • A high level of numeracy skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong organisational skills and dedication to follow through
  • Have a good phone manner and are confident dealing with Customers and Vendors
  • Are a team player and want to make a difference to our business
  • Flexibility with time worked when necessary to fully satisfy existing and prospective clients' needs
