Job tasks and responsibilities
- Administrative tasks including web listings, maintenance and updating database, client reports
- Assist in the production of marketing materials
- Preparation of submissions and information memorandums
- Proof reading of all material prior to submission
- Support & Assist Sales Executives with daily tasks
Skills and experience
- Strong written communication and time management skills
- Enjoy working in a fast paced and demanding environment
- The ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well within a team and individually
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in a Real Estate environment will be an advantage but not essential
