The Department of Professional Practice (DPP) supports our Audit practice by providing technical guidance to client service professionals on engagement-related issues. At present we have an exciting opportunity within our Department of Professional Practice for an experienced and talented Administrative professional. You will be part of our digital innovation journey as we look to leverage technology progressively and generally transform and improve our operations.

Your new role:

  • Tracking all file assembly requests from audit teams
  • Communicating with audit teams on the status of their file assembly requests
  • Managing shared inbox queries from audit teams
  • Initiating the file assembly process and performing file integrity checks
  • Working with the IT department to resolve any IT issues encountered during the file assembly process
  • Ad-hoc project support

You bring to the role:

  • Data entry skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail
  • Digital savvy with an interest in digital innovation and technology
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Experience within a high volume and busy environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills – Outlook, Word, Excel
  • An understanding of the Audit practice (useful but not essential)
  • Friendly, professional attitude, proactive, self-starter with a collaborative team player approach
