Fastway Couriers is one of Australia's leading last mile courier delivery providers that is comprised of 27 Regional Franchisees and over 800 Courier Franchisees. We provide cost effective and reliable courier service and are committed to delighting the customer at the door.
Our Sydney depot located at Olympic Park is seeking an energetic and motivated Co-ordinator to support the delivery of an innovative new service.
We are looking for an outstanding talent who can communicate effectively to build strong relationships with agents, customers and couriers. You have a passion for sales as you will need to be able to sell the concept of this initiative to expand our footprint within the Sydney metro area.
A taste of the role:
- Recruiting agents and maintaining an ongoing relationship
- Liaising with courier franchisees to coordinate the service offering
- Promoting the service to customers
- Management of online and telephone based enquiries
- Analysis and reporting on performance both weekly and monthly
- Expand our footprint – account management
