This role is suited to an individual who thrives working in a smaller office environment & pride themselves on delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Description

Working as a part of a small & high performing team, key duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Complex diary management including the booking of venues;
  • Effective email management to ensure all matters are dealt with in a timely & effective manner;
  • Booking international & domestic travel & accommodation;
  • Effectively manage the office including ordering stationary, managing incoming mail & maintaining the cleanliness of the office;
  • Compiling meeting preparation and corporate correspondence;
  • Handling all incoming enquiries in a professional and client-focused manner;
  • Ad hoc administrative support in relation to Property and Financial investments; and
  • Providing personal as required.

Profile

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in Executive support roles, ideally within a boutique Financial services firm. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and a high level of attention to detail are critical. Given the lean structure of the team, you will pride yourself on your proactivity and your ability to work independently. This role is suited to an individual who will share and appreciate the client-focused approach of the organisation.
