What is the role?

The role is for a Personal Assistant / Project Officer to assist the General Manager in their day to day activity as well as manage small projects on their behalf.

Roles and responsibilities include;

  • Diary management
  • Email management
  • Booking meetings, appointments, and travel
  • Procurement of materials for projects
  • Managing the logistics for materials
  • Liaising with contractors, suppliers and customers
  • Data entry and letter typing
  • Assisting the GM with any additional ad-hoc duties

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow with the business as well as have access to additional training courses.
