About the role:

Duties:
- Answering and distributing all incoming calls for the team
- Assisting in all administrative tasks
- Preparing correspondence
- Update CRM with training course completion and WIP
- Organise external off sites
- Support bump-in, course materials preparation and set-up of training venue/room
- Database entry, maintaining records and reporting data
- Coordinate meeting rooms, printing & catering
- Various ad-hoc duties as requested

Similarly, you will be immaculately presented, have Advanced Microsoft Office skills and 1 - 2 years’ experience in a similar corporate environment.
