Due to recent internal promotion we immediately require a friendly Receptionist / Office Administrator to join our team.

The Role:

Your role will have key areas of responsibility including:

  • Answer and transfer calls from switchboard
  • General reception duties, including meet and greet clients, process and sort mail, manage daily post, processing invoices and filing
  • Office coordination, including office maintenance, stationary ordering and office cleaning
  • Providing admin support to departments including, Development, Legal, Client Relations, Property Management and Project Sales

Skills and Experience:

We are looking for a vibrant and motivated individual with prior reception and administration experience. You need to be confident juggling multiple tasks at once and able to work autonomously under minimum supervision.

As the successful candidate you will have:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Ability to use initiative and problem solve
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Efficient organisational skills, including time management, multi-tasking, planning, prioritising and managing workload
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience within Property or Real Estate industry and/or Agents Representative (highly beneficial)
  • Computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office
