Working from our Brand New Head Office based at Gregory Hills, we are seeking a highly motivated, customer focused, experienced and reliable Warranty and Maintenance Co-ordinator to join our expanding team.   You will be professional, well presented, high performing who thrives in a fast pace with a can-do attitude to manage warranty requests to new homes and assist our Maintenance Team.

The Warranty and Maintenance Co-ordinator is responsible for:
  • To produce and maintain maintenance and warranty reports including 90 Day Maintenance/In progress Maintenance and Warranty reports
  • Liaise with clients regarding maintenance requirements for homes currently within the maintenance and warranty period
  • Make contact, schedule & remind clients of statutory warranty period expiration dates
  • Ensure that maintenance inspections are carried out on a timely basis
  • Maintain weekly communication confirmations with clients to update and ensure the best outcome
  • Send out weekly booking confirmations to subcontractors and suppliers
  • Co-ordinate the provision of services by staff and appropriate subcontractors to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Maintain trade schedules and ordering materials for warranty jobs as specified
  • Follow up maintenance activities with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the finished product
  • Resolving any client issues and concerns in a timely manner to provide the best customer experience
  • Creating purchase orders and issuing ETS claims as required
  • Maintaining client diaries and updating in house CRM and data base
  • Achieving set Maintenance/Warranty targets
  • Maintain and ensure all WHS compliance with vendor management including subcontractors

  • Previous experience in a similar role with a residential builder.
