The role of Customer Service Assistant is pivotal to the continued growth of the organisation, where the emphasis of the position will be on; accurate processing of orders, answering phones, running reports for analysis and various administration duties. Ideally you will be familiar with customer service functions with certification highly regarded. This position is a great opportunity for someone looking for long term employment with a career path that is clearly defined.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Emailing internal and external customers

REQUIREMENTS
- Highly organised
- Excellent grammar and writing skills
- Is proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Outlook and Word) and general Computer Literacy
- Has an enthusiastic and optimistic attitude.
- Experience in hydraulics, fire or field service desirable but not essential
