Your new company
A large public sector organisation based in the Parramatta - Penrith region providing services to their local community are looking for several customer service officers to work in a very challenging role which involves high volume conflict resolution.
Your new role
A very challenging and rewarding position as a customer service officer working with the local community and supporting clients from low income areas. The role will involve high conflict resolution, the ability to work in a fast paced and pressured environment within a friendly and supportive team.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have proven experience of working in a customer service environment either over the phone or face to face, and enjoy challenging situations. Experience of the TRIM system would also be beneficial but not essential.
What you'll get in return
