About the role:
WorkPac are currently seeking a highly experienced Administrator for an immediate start to work based within Mackay for a temporary position.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, your duties will include:
- Invoicing and Cost Control
- Data Entry of Vendor Invoicing
- Managing contractors and inductions
- Processing payments and accounts payable
- Experience working with other Fire based companies would be an advantage.
Skills and Experience:
The successful candidate will need to have a strong administrative background with proficiency in the use of MS Office especially Word, Outlook and Excel
The ideal candidate will be someone that has some exposure to dealing with clients with the view that a successful applicant will liaise with clients and potentially be moved into a sales support role.
