This well known government organisation located in Ashfield is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Project Officer to join their team on a 3 month contract.
Your new role
This role will see the successful applicant support the design and implementation of a range of projects with duties which will include but will not be limited to:
- Processing applications from individuals seeking to access strictly confidential records
- Checking information against legislation and ensuring it complies with policies and procedures
- Use of the TRIM system
- Undertake research and analysis to support the development of key projects
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in securing this position you must have previous demonstrated experience working within a similar position. You must have resilience as you will be exposed extremely sensitive and confronting information. Candidates with a records background, TRIM experience and a strong attention to detail will be highly advantageous. Experience working within the community sector will also be beneficial.
