Maxijet Australia Pty Ltd is a Wholesaler of Pumps to the plumbing and irrigation industries. We are a family owned company that has continued to innovate and grow over the past 15 years. This company provides professional services that deliver results for many organisations.

We are currently recruiting an Office Administrator to support our accounts department at the Melbourne Head Office in Keilor Park. We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team. In this position, you must have MYOB experience, data entry, invoicing, purchasing and basic administrative duties. This role offers a full-time position with a competitive salary with the opportunity to grow within the company. 

To be successful in this role you will require:

  • Myob – (Essential) – Invoicing and Purchasing
  • Data Entry and basic administrative duties – emailing, scanning, printing and filing
  • General Office support and phone duties – assisting and answering calls, taking messages etc.
  •  Sales Force experience would be beneficial
