We are actively looking to hire a Receptionist for one of our stunning CBD locations. Your duties will include however will not be limited to:
- Answering all inbound calls via switchboard
- Greeting clients on arrival in Reception
- Maintaining the immaculate presentation of our prestigious premises
- Assist with administrative duties
- Banking, mail, filing, photocopying
- Database management
- Drafting of correspondence
To be considered for this position you must:
- Enthusiastic, confident and friendly
- Be focused on accuracy, attention to detail and results driven
- Have exceptional communication skills - written and verbal
- Network and build rapport with ease
- Have a positive "can do" attitude and work ethic
- Previous experience working on Reception will be highly regarded
- Intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel is essential
