About the role 

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Team Assistant to join a dynamic, progressive and energetic retailer based in Melbourne city fringe. The ideal person will have the ability to forward plan and have previous experience operating in environments where they are heavily relied upon to undertake a multitude of tasks.

Responsibilities
 
This role sits in an important area of the organisation, working with a team of interesting, intelligent people. Your role would involve, however not be limited too:

• Diary management, coordinating meetings and schedules
• Organising travel and accommodation
• Managing credit cards and expenses
• Coordinating & attending monthly team meetings
• Generating agendas, collating/distributing documents/reports
• Assisting with the organisation of committee meetings/papers
• Preparing/formatting documents 
• Maintaining internal data bases 
• Events coordination
• Catering duties  
• Providing administrative support to the wider team 
• Managing expectations and daily work flow

Skills and Experience
 
• Experience working in a similar position 
• Ability to prioritise and stay one step ahead
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to build exceptional rapport with clients
• Overall great team player
• High degree of attention to detail
• Excellent planning and organisation skills while being extremely flexible
• Intermediate - Advanced Microsoft knowledge
• Excellent time management skills
• Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
