Finkelstein Hickmott Pty Ltd is a medium sized accounting firm based in West Perth.

We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic person to join our loyal and successful team.  Working within our Administration team your duties will include:

  • Filing
  • Relief Reception
  • Document Management
  • Assisting other Staff Members
  • Varied Administration duties as required

The position is Monday to Friday with hours to be set between 26 hours to 37.5 hours per week which will be negotiated with the successful applicant.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate they have:

  • Good word processing skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Good communication skills
  • The ability to work within a team
  • A flexible approach to work
