EVER WANTED TO BE A MATCHMAKER?
We are looking for a motivated, empathetic, people's person to help with the day to day running of the business and recruit new clients.
This is an opportunity for a highly capable, intelligent person to be a part of a well established and growing company who helps make a difference to many people's lives.
The role includes working some evenings and every Saturday - working a total or 4 to 5 days per week negotiable.
Your role will involve but not be limited to:
- Bringing new clients on board
- Presenting services which assist in helping clients achieve their relationship goals
- Head hunting and recruiting new clientele
- Reaching business targets
- Calling and booking lead appointments
- Scheduling client meetings
- Matchmaking existing clients
- Email management
- Correspondence
- Document preparation
- Client follow-ups and building client relationships
- General office duties
The successful applicant will possess the following skills and traits:
- Proven strong background in sales and client service
- Inspired about helping people and able to commit fully to the role
- Exceptional communication skills
- Motivated, driven and intelligent
- Have an excellent phone manner
- Highly organised and efficient
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team without requiring micro management
- Be accountable for daily tasks and responsibilities
- Flexible and understanding nature
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of conduct, confidentiality and ethics
- Impeccable personal presentation
- Ability to soundly implement initiative
- Available for an immediate start
This position commences with a 3 month probationary period. In return you with receive a negotiable hourly award rate with uncapped bonuses and incentives.
