Airlinx Heating & Cooling Supply is an Australian owned company that specializes in the custom manufacture of heating and cooling components for the commercial and domestic market and are currently seeking a Receptionist / Office Administrator to join their Noble Park North based team.

Position Overview:-

We are a growing company with solid history in the HVAC industry. This is a diverse and varied position suitable for applicants with a strong customer service focus and professional manner.

You will be working within a supportive and friendly team based in a great office environment in Noble Park North.

Working Hours:-

Working hours can be either Mon to Fri 9am to 4pm, or Mon to Fri 8.30am to 4.30pm

Your main responsibilities and duties will include:-

  • Answering Phones – directing calls, taking messages
  • Data entry customer order into MYOB
  • Customer Service
  • General administration
  • Liaison with customer's project progress.
  • In counter Trades services

Your experience, skill set and qualifications will include:-

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good computing skills (MS Office Intermediate)
  • Dependable and reliable
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadline
  • Ability to be multitask
  • Some office based experience
  • 2 years Receptionist or Office Administration experience 
  • MYOB experience will be an advantage but not required
  • Publisher experience will be an advantage but not required
