Our business is the marketing, wholesale and distribution of beauty products and we have established markets both within Australia and internationally. Our brands include: Colour by TBN cosmetics, Designer Brands cosmetics, Inika Cosmetics and our newest superfoods brand RAWW.
We now have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated professional with first class presentation, excellent communication and organisational skills to support our customers. You will be a part of the customer service team and will delight our customers and support our sales reps in achieving our goals.
Your role will entail being the initial contact at Total Beauty Network providing a professional and helpful attitude to ensure outstanding customer service to all who visit and call. You will maintain and uphold the image of TBN, as the companies" Officer of First Impressions".
Your priority will be fast and accurate data entry and invoicing of sales orders in a faced paced environment adhering to tight deadlines.
A customer service and sales support background is essential in conjunction with the ability to multi task. You will be responsible for a positive and pro-active customer experience and will be the first point of contact for our Sales Team and Customers. You will be a team player and thrive on Customer care. You will be processing all orders daily within tight deadlines
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager you will be the welcoming voice and face of our customer service experience within the company. There will also so me some warehouse support involved in the role from time to time,
- 2+ years' experience in a customer service role
- Be extremely well presented
- Exceptional communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Experience with office administration
- Experience with sales order processing
- Experience in supporting a sales team
- Demonstrated high level of data entry skills
- Word & Excel experience
- Highly organised and efficient with great attention to detail
