Our ideal candidate will be natural on the phone with a positive upbeat attitude to welcome our donors on-board, make them feel fantastic about donating to charity, confirm their details and obtain fundraiser feedback.
Some sales experience would be preferred so that we can save sales/prevent cancels when the opportunity arises.
This role is phone based - your responsibility is to meet and exceed our client set KPIs via successful contact rates.
Previous experience fundraising and/or in a sales call centre would be preferred.
This in a permanent part time role between 20 and 30 hours per week. Mon/Tue/Wed and Saturdays, approx. hours between 10am – 7pm. Start date ASAP.
