The Role

You will support the office with all administration and submission work. You will be an integral part of the team and will be the main go to person for all internal admin enquiries. This is a fantastic role for someone looking to advance their career in a support role
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Looking after the studio’s procurement, HR, IT and operations
- Coordinating diaries, making travel arrangements for office and Directors.
- Preparing documents and presentations
- Preparing tables and charts for presentations
- Typing letters and correspondence
- Liaising with suppliers

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar administration role
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
- Knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop is essential
- Pro-active and hardworking attitude
- Problem solver
- Excellent communication skills
- An interest in design and architecture is a must
