WHM Partners is a well-established accounting firm based in Wheelers Hill. We currently have a great opportunity for an administration assistant to join our vibrant and growing office. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our clients as well as provide all-round general administration and PA support to the accountants and directors. Previous employment in a professional services environment would be highly regarded.
Your responsibilities will include but are not necessarily limited to:
- Meeting and greeting clients, including reception phone duties
- Diary management, assisting directors, managers and team members
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail and drafting correspondence
- Assisting with tax return and financial statement collation
- Invoicing and receipting payments
- Processing ATO correspondence
- Assisting with ASIC corporate compliance
- Maintaining Xero client database
- ATO and ASIC lodgements
- Administrative support to accounting team
- Liaising with ATO and ASIC
- General administration tasks including data entry, letter creation, scanning and filing as required
- Working collaboratively as part of an administration team
To be successful in this position you will have excellent oral and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge, the ability to multi task and the willingness to learn.
