We have a great opportunity for an experienced Receptionist with a strong accounts background to join this great business located in Morisset.

You will be responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly including the following:

  • Reception/Customer Service Duties
  • Accounts payable/receivable
  • Bookkeeping experience
  • Managing of the office appearance
  • General administration including filing of sensitive documents
  • Assisting with various projects as they arise

You will need the following skills:

  • Proven accounting skills
  • Proficient in MYOB
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously (support for finance will be remote from Melbourne)
  • ‘Can do attitude’ with an easy-going disposition

This is a two-week roster working Mon - Fri between the hours of 9am – 5pm; second week working Tuesday – Saturday (Saturday hours 9am - 1pm).
