We have a great opportunity for an experienced Receptionist with a strong accounts background to join this great business located in Morisset.
You will be responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly including the following:
- Reception/Customer Service Duties
- Accounts payable/receivable
- Bookkeeping experience
- Managing of the office appearance
- General administration including filing of sensitive documents
- Assisting with various projects as they arise
You will need the following skills:
- Proven accounting skills
- Proficient in MYOB
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously (support for finance will be remote from Melbourne)
- ‘Can do attitude’ with an easy-going disposition
This is a two-week roster working Mon - Fri between the hours of 9am – 5pm; second week working Tuesday – Saturday (Saturday hours 9am - 1pm).
