We are a small but growing company located in the Hawkesbury / Blue Mountains town of Bilpin. We require an organised, efficient, self-motivated person to be responsible for bookkeeping, administration and staff rosters reporting to the company Director. The key responsibilities include:
- Administration management, including processing local and export orders, generating invoices, managing third party logistic suppliers, and accounts payable and receivable.
- Monthly bank and cash reconciliations.
- Payroll.
- Stock control.
- Inputting data and maintaining accurate MYOB file.
- Managing staff rosters for Cellar Door and external events plus having direct engagement with Cellar Door customers.
- Filing and general administration duties.
- Creating, updating and managing registers / databases
- Administer purchase orders as required to ensure the timely supply and receipt of goods and services, including raising, updating, approving and tracking outstanding orders.
- Build manuals and documentation as required.
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in similar administration role.
- Proficient in MYOB and established bookkeeping skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, highly organised.
- Be reliable, motivated with ability to self-manage.
- Excellent written, personal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated track record working in a team environment or co-ordination role.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Excellent co-ordination & time management skills.
