This role is offered on an ongoing part time basis with a view to perm placement after 3 months.
The duties you will be required to perform in this role include but are not limited to:
- Timely receipt of inbound deliveries
- Any or all administrative functions in support of a successful distribution centre operation in accordance with guidelines and policies
The skills required to be successful in this role:
- Knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
- Competent data checking skills
- Strong knowledge of safe work practices
- Professional and friendly phone manner
- Ability to learn quickly
- Previous relevant experience in admin is essential
- Experience with drivers daily run Sheets for costing/invoicing within the Transport Management System (Translogix).
