Exciting opportunity for a friendly, bubbly receptionist to join a large Hobart Business

Your new company
Hays Office Support are currently working with a well known private company based in the Hobart CBD, due to increased demand they are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join their team with an immediate start.

Your new role
Your new role will involve answering all incoming calls, meeting and greeting visitors, managing all incoming mail and couriers while ensuring the smooth running of the front office. You will also support the operations & HR manager with general administration support.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you must have proven career reception and administration experience, have a proactive approach and be highly customer service focused. You will be proficient in MS Word and Excel have excellent communication skills which will allow you to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
