About The Opportunity

They are now looking for a Reception / Administration Assistant to join their company in Deakin ACT, with the potential to earn $42,000 - $50,000 per annum + Super Pro Rata | Negotiable Based on Experience.

Reporting to the CEO, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide the first point of contact for initial consumer enquiries and assessment 
  • Liaise with consumers via telephone, email or face-to-face
  • Provide administrative support, travel and diary management, stationery orders and distributing mail
  • Liaise with contractors/suppliers and monitor daily performances
  • Maintain filing and information systems and provide general systems support 
 About you 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in a similar reception or office administration role
  • WWVP clearance and a current drivers licence 
  • Strong customer service and record keeping skills
  • Excellent computer skills  
  • A relevant business qualification (desirable) 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
