Our Company
ATC Williams provides consulting engineering services and technical advice on tailings management, waste management, geotechnical engineering and water management to mining companies worldwide.
Your Role
We are looking to fill a 10-month maternity leave vacancy in our Newmarket office providing administration support to a team of 25+ staff.
In this role, you will be responsible for a range of duties including:
- Taking and directing incoming calls
- Formatting documents
- Administration support
- General administration duties
The role will be varied and include other tasks on an ad hoc basis including travel bookings, ordering supplies and arranging catering from time to time.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role you will need to have experience in administration support. You will also need to be confident with the Microsoft Office suite and competent with PDF packaging.
The successful candidate will possess the following qualities:
- Advanced skills in MS Word
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Attention to detail
- Self-driven and flexible
Experience in an engineering firm will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
